Why and when a building inspection?
During an independent building inspection any hidden defects are discovered in time. For example, rotten window frames or leaking pipes. Of course these are extreme cases, but it could be that you don’t notice the small defects when you visit a house. You can therefore have an architectural inspection carried out when you are buying or selling your house.
What do they look for during a structural inspection?
During a structural inspection different elements are included in the architectural report. You can think of the foundation, outer wall, plumbing, stairs, floor structures, walls, electrical systems and much more. The point is that you can safely sell your house or make a good new start in your dream home.
